Morocco Desert Tours from Casablanca in 10 days 9 night, aims to show you as many wonderful places as possible. This tour starts in Casablanca to see its historical monuments via Rabat, Meknes, Volubilis, Fez, Ifrane, Merzouga, Gorges, Ouarzazate, Marrakech and return to Casablanca.
DAY 1: ARRIVE AT CASABLANCA
In the first day of the Desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, our English/French speaking driver and guide will pick you up at your accommodation, train station or airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
If you arrive a little bit early we can make a tour in Casablanca & find out about its important sites. The night will be spent at Casablanca.

Day 2 : Casablanca to Fez
In our first day of Desert Tour from Casablanca, we’ll start by Hassan II mosque and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the mosque. Then begin our destination with Rabat; the Moroccan capital city and see its historical sites like Hassan tower and finally take the high way towards the Roman ruins; Volubilis, it’s famous by its beautiful mosaic columns and it contains many arched doors, and high walls. You will definitely enjoy your time and relax in this quite place. Finally, in the afternoon, we’ll drive to the imperial city; Fez and our driver will drop you off at your accommodation where you will spend the night.
DAY 3: FEZ WALKING GUIDED TOUR
In The 3rd day of Desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we’re going to enjoy exploring the oldest city in Morocco; Fez city. We’re going to make a walking tour in its lanes and narrow streets starting by; The royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter, and the first Mellah (old fashioned market) built during the 16th century. Other interesting places such as: Al Qaraouiin University -the oldest Mosque in the region-, the Tanneries, the Medersas, and Mulay Idriss mausoleum…After lunch break, we’re going to experience an amazing panoramic view over the whole Fez Medina.
DAY 4: FEZ – IFRANE – MIDELT – MERZOUGA
The 4th day of Desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech will be started by Ifrane, a wonderful city considered as “the Switzerland of Morocco”, then Midelt always driving towards Merzouga. On our way we’re going to mark stops at different points to enjoy panoramic sights of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains and take pictures as well. First stop will be at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest. Then, we’ll continue our journey through wonderful hills. We’ll have a lunch break in Errachidia, known by its enjoyable Berber hospitality. We’ll continue our way till Ziz Valley; the Valley of Roses, take a free time to enjoy more the panoramic views alongside to Erfoud and Rissani. The Arriving at Merzouga will be late in the afternoon so we’ll lead you to the hotel where you’re going to spend night.
DAY 5: SAHARA DESERT
The 5th at morning of this desert tour, we’ll wake up early so as to go and see the caves where we’ll find natural desert fossils. Then, we’ll take the way through the desert and its black volcanic rocks. Afterwards we’ll be headed
to Khamlia village which is famous for its Berber music and historical interesting sites.
Later in the evening we’ll start our camel trekking to see the magnificent sunset on the dunes and spend a wonderful night in the desert camps enjoying the Berber music.
DAY 6: MERZEOUGA – RISSANI – DADES VALLEY – SKOURA
In the early morning at 6th day, we’re going to see the incredible sunrise, without forgetting to take some photographs. Then, we’ll ride back our camels for to the hotel, take shower and continue our drive towards Rissani passing by Tinjedad where we’ll stop for lunch. On our way to Skoura, you have the choice to go either to Todra Gorges or Dades Valley to spend the night there. (It is a sublime option).
DAY 7: SKOURA – OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH
Next morning of Desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, and after breakfast, we’ll travel through Ouarzazate city, which is known as the Moroccan Hollywood, and then we’re passing by Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco.
Afterwards, we’ll lead you to Marrakech crossing the high Atlas Mountains, take pleasure in the wonderful sights and gorgeous Berber villages alongside the way till Marrakech where we’ll spend the night.
DAY 8: MARRAKECH GUIDED VISIT
Our journey hasn’t finished yet, after breakfast, we’ll start discovering Marrakech “the red city”. We’re going to make sure that you’ll visit the most interesting historical and cultural places starting by; the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace and Jamaa El Fna. After lunch break we’ll walk through the souks and watch hundreds of funny episodes, snake charmers and handicrafts where you can buy souvenirs if you wish.
DAY 9: FREE DAY IN MARRAKECH
You are having this free day if you want to discover more by yourself, or just relax and rest enjoying the warm weather of Marrakech.
DAY 10: TRANSFER TO CASABLANCA
In the last day of our desert tour, we’ll go back to Casablanca and drop you off at your accommodation, train station of airport at your suitable time.
