Day " 1 " : Travel from Fez to Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Ziz valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast at your hotel, we travel through Mid Atlas Mountains toward the desert of Merzouga admiring the changing landscape and culture. Driving through the cedar woods of the middle Atlas we pass by the towns of Ifrane,a charming ski resort, and Azrou, a center specialized in cedar wood handicrafts. After driving over the Zad pass (2,178m/7,146ft) we arrive in Midelt for lunch before taking the road again in the afternoon towards Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz valley dotted with palm trees. The trip continues east towards the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi to reach Merzouga, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night in hotel.

Day " 2 " : Merzouga – Desert Camp (Camel Ride)
Meet your guide in the morning and upload the camels with the bare essentials for your one night stay under the stars in the desert. After 2 hours ride, we will have a one and half hour lunch break under the shadow a desert tree (tamarisk) before heading towards the camp to your nomad tent, traditionally made of thick goat skin and camel hair. Relax and drink a mint tea while an evening meal is prepared. After dinner under the stars, enjoy the Berber songs and drum played by your guides. Spend the night in the nomad tent or under the gleaming stars.
Day " 3 " : Merzouga – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Dades Gorges
Wake up early morning to admire the sunrise and the return by camels to the hotel for breakfast before we depart for Rissani and Erfoud to visit the treatment of fossil filled marble. Passing by Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves we then arrive to Toudra Gorges for lunch. In the afternoon, we drive via Boumalne and the Dades Valley to Dades Gorges, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night in hotel.
Day " 4 " : Dades Gorges – Roses Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After breakfast, we travel west taking the Dades Gorges route crossing the valley of roses with its kasbah and ksours and stop at Ait Youl to visit its impressive ksar. Driving through the valley you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Kelaa Mgouna and the palm groves of Skoura, where we will stop to visit the kasbah of Amerhidil before heading to Ouarzazate for lunch. From here we drive through the beautiful High Atlas Mountains to finally reach Marrakech.
Day " 5 " : From Marrakech Back to Fez
To end up our amazing tour,Free day to explore the city and its monuments. Night in a charming riad in the medina with breakfast.After breakfast we will prepare ourselves for going back to Fez city.
The trip will be a streched day run across the mountainous chain of the Atlas.
